No experience is required at all. Most of our members start as complete beginners. Classes are structured so you can train safely, confidently, and at your own pace from your very first session.
Yes. You do not need to be fit to start — fitness is something you build over time. You wouldn't expect a child to be smart enough before starting school. Sessions are scalable, meaning you can work at a level that suits your ability while still being challenged.
Yes. We offer trial sessions so you can experience the class, meet the instructor, and see if the environment is right for you before committing.
For trial sessions, kit is provided. All you need to bring is water, and come in comfortable sports clothes (and footwear). Once signed up, you'll need bag gloves and focus pads. You can purchase these from us or buy your own. We're happy to offer advice on the suitability of any you find.
